My title was business operations specialist, becasue intern comes with the insuation that you just take out the trash and bring someone coffee and that is not the case here. -If you are not comfortabkle with being given responsibilities that will stretch you, then you will not love it here -If you are not willing to think of working here as more than just a 9-5 but instead as being part of a family, a community, and a team, than you wont love it here -You work with all sorts of people in all sorts of stages in life, with varied experience in talent and knowledge and if you are not the sort of person that is patient at getting to know individuals for who they are, then you wont love it here
