Pros
I was hired as a Junior Recruiter and was giving the chance to prove my skills. I had the support of my colleagues and was provided resources that helped me be successful. Here at Transiris, you have the opportunity to learn new and exciting things and take on a leadership role on different projects. You also have the possibility to share your expertise in other fields, as well as learn new technologies and skills and grow your career. The schedule is flexible (you can choose to work from home or from the office) so you experience a real work-life balance. Your hard work and your contributions to the company are appreciated and well rewarded.
Cons
The things I am going to enumerate are not necessary cons, but things that may or may not suit you as a person. For some people it may be difficult not to have a constant supervision, so if you can’t manage the work on your own, maybe this is not the best place for you. You have guidance from your manager but some decisions and some aspects of your work need to be managed by you. Also, some meetings are held in the evening. If you are not used to work that requires you to be both self-motivated and flexible, working here may be difficult for you.
