Communication , hiring responsible employees and try to give opportunities to employees that deserve those

working as a part-time and recently joined so just benefit from the subway employee discount meals

one of the worst management I ever experienced in Subway Cowley, Oxford. The manager is very rude to the staff and they don't care about employee just they need is their business. It's my worst experience and because of this going to leave the company.
