Challenging but very rewarding - Anonymous employee ResponseTap Employee Review

I've known ResponseTap for some years prior to joining and have watched them grow from a small start up, to an award winning global business. Now working for for the business I can see why they have had such a success and this is down to the dedication, drive and passion of the employees within the company. The culture here is exceptional. They have taken a lot time and spent a lot of money in creating a superb working environment which is a joy to work in, somewhere you don't mind staying and putting in the extra hours when required. Since joining they have provided me with the autonomy to make my own decisions and have given me the support if and when i need it. The management structure works well, though as a growing business we do experience growing pains, but they don't dictate, they ask for your ideas, suggestions and thoughts and are open and honest on their plans and decisions made.
