Pros
Having worked at RT for little over 8 months, from the "get go" I was welcomed in to the company settling very quickly, both into my team and the wider organisation without any of the "new person limbo". The company has vision and drive and works hard ensure it continues to move forward with the right people. There is a refreshing honest and openness which filters down from management level throughout company invoking a sense of involvement and knowledge for all, this as a result enables people feel free to be themselves, speak their mind and put forward idea and suggestions. The majority of staff are in their 20/30's having 10+ years on a lot of my colleagues, it is fantastic to see such drive, commitment and knowledge of my younger companions. RT has both a multicultural and people diverse workforce which is also fabulously refreshing.
Cons
I have no "cons" as this would indicate a negative, and negativity is something which I personally have not experienced. I will say the need to be always office based due to working in finance has required some adjustment for myself.
