Pros

There is always great communications between me and my team leader and all of management. Someone is always willing to help me with any issues or questions that I may have. Managers keep in touch with me about my performance and anything that I may need to work on. Managers and team leader give credit where credit is due. Everyone at the company has made this the most enjoyable job that I have ever had.

Cons

The only thing that I am not happy with the company is the compensation of salary. I wish that when we learn a new contract that there would be a little more compensation for all of the information that we need to know. Also think that the minimum salary should be raised. W

Pros

decent hours, at least the pay isnt minimum wage!, lots of chance to laugh and the environment is pretty positive over-all! Training is not very easy, but once you get the hang of the job then its a breeze!

Cons

wish they would pay more. sometimes the calls drop for no reason, and that is very annoying when you are almost done making a reservation for someone.

Pros

The hours are flexible. They provide top notch training. The support you receive while on calls is fantastic. This company does everything they can to make the work at home agents an active part of the company culture.

Cons

Sometimes the support staff while on calls is not as great as other times. It really depends on who is working the support chat.
