      Pros

      I think they’ll get there eventually but this company has a lot of work to do with management, union and how they handle employee situations. The flight benefits are good. They pay for training and housing while training.

      insurance not good union choice wasn’t good base managers are questionable salary definitely not good

      Typical depressing work environment. Right on par with classic corporate America. High expectations with normal midwest pay.
