-AI Tech. space solving a genuine problem -Good Clients -Few knowledgeable folks in their respective areas driving the company -Remote work( at least as of now)
Cons
-Horrible, shrewd, illogical, irrational and zero idea on running an organisation -As mentioned in one of the posts, if one questions the CEO, you are fired(That's ofcourse the best and only thing a weak person could do) -Absolutely no vision for a process oriented growth. Most of the things happen ad-hoc where the company doesn't even realise if that at all is the need of the hour -Only focus is on immediate results. Nothing in the company is measured and all activities(atleast what's observed in marketing function) is sporadic -CEO is one heck of a biased person -Zero culture in the company. What's worse and criminal is that, they don't even provide employee health insurance
