Pros
Great interactions with clients and coworkers on a daily basis, love the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, and very flexible/pro on earning and using PTO.
Cons
Seems like most newer employees have the hardest time adjusting to the stress. Like any business we have ups and downs. Once you learn how to notice past trends and handle the stress part it can be one of the best places to work.
