Pros

RCP has a never give up attitude where anything is truly possible. It's a company where you can grow into the role you truly desire. Management gives all employees the opportunity to give input and each individual is truly a large part of the team.

Cons

Working for a startup company where high growth is a must can bring its own set of challenges and stresses. This isn't the place for you if you aren't looking for a challenging day to day where you will always be a critical part of the business.

Pros

The people are fantastic to work with! Everyone was friendly and very easy to talk to. Dom, Mitch, & Jeremy are very approachable people. There was a large, open work space, with lots of places to sit and different things to do. We always had snacks and beverages available. Vacation time was very flexible - basically, take it when you need it. Weekly pay days were great! The growth potential in this company is great. If you're interested in something, it's easy to transition into it.

Cons

For a small company, it was hard to keep the work/life balance, because it was so easy to be friends with my coworkers. Management wasn't really "management," just other colleagues - this didn't really work for me, but some may thrive in this type of work environment. The pay was SO LOW; if you didn't make any commission you wouldn't be able to live on your salary. No flexibility with work hours. If you didn't work past the normal 8-5, you weren't considered "serious" about your job. No availability to work from home, even though the entire business is accessible via a computer/internet.
