      Management governs by intimidation and fear; Employees are not respected or treated well. There is a culture of bullying and intimidation within this organization and is encouraged by upper management.

      Pros

      Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
