-Pay is sub-par -No benefits outside of PTO -Promotions given out at near random without any reference to actual skill set -Management is far beyond incompetent either due to the last point or those with good ideas working for change are stifled and become complacent or leave/are eventually pushed out -Lack of innovation or desire to pursue it -Lack of legitimate business infrastructure -Poor product line with no desire to improve on
