Terrible - Engineer Renesas Employee Review

Lack of management, direction, long term view. Continuous change of direction and no real experts to learn something from. You have freedom to study on your own but there is no real challenge and final product to aim to. The branch in the UK just tries to take money from Japan claiming they are doing innovative things and prof of concepts but in reality they are simply trying to get money from the Japanese headquarter. Surviving until japan realises they are not producing nor innovating at all.
