Very little Pros. Since it is such a small company in the US. You do get to learn a lot since you need to do everything because the company is run very lean.
Cons
Very low paying job compared to industry average. No advancement in career. Everything has to be approved though China HQ for the smallest expense. Bad benefits, only 10 vacation days a year. No communication from upper management, mission, goal of company. There were NEVER any yearly raises or let alone bonuses. Don't expect to ever get a raise. I never got a raise and only a small <$500 bonus. They work on a Chinese culture where employees are paid very badly. Turnover is very high! In 2 years non-sales employees turnover was over 80%. On average people only stay for 1.5 years. There is no technology, ERP or system you are able to use. Everything is on Excel or the warehouse uses a very cheap 3rd party system to fulfil orders. It's very manual to do your job. Operations employees are working 10+ hours a day because the US branch is run very lean and all hiring approvals need to go though China HQ. Hiring approval takes months while employees are paid as temps (hourly) for nearly 10 months when they promise you to hire you to a permanent position after 3 months. A lot of favoritism/nepotism in the company. Only able to advance your career if your boss likes you and able to speak Chinese.
