Pros
There are a few people who knows what's going on and willing to try to make changes but with management not taking in suggestion, they were not able to do anything. because there are so many wrong doing, you are able to learn what's the right way of doing things.
Cons
people in management without professional knowledge trying to initiate plans that they can't do. Having professional in the field but trying to do things on their own with absolutely no sense of what they are creating. Some people with overconfidence creating disaster decisions and blame it on others.
