Pros
There are some really nice people there, but you will only talk to them once in a while because the work atmosphere is so tense and rigid with the execs sitting right near you micromanaging everything you do.
Cons
Way too many people in this open office. Company culture does not exist. The execs are constantly trying to shove company culture down your throat but when they ask the staff what they want to do for quarterly events they say no to everything accept for drinking at bars. They have no clear product or direction. They don't know what it is they are trying to accomplish other than staying afloat. There is nothing truly original or inspiring about their content. Their lack of direction is very confusing for employees who receive different directions depending on which exec they are speaking with. Execs are never on the same page. Middle management is a facade. Organizational structure is a mess. HR consultant is outsourced. Bottom line- there is no feeling of security or genuine concern for welfare of employees and no employee wants to go to the consultant for anything. The office is a very stressful and suffocating atmosphere. It feels like you are constantly being watched and scrutinized. Even if they tell you your work is good, it feels like you are always on the verge of being fired. And the micromanaging and check-ins are beyond excessive. It is a very oppressive atmosphere. The parking situation totally sucks.
