Remote Response
2moThank you for this. Shifting priorities can be a real friction point, especially in a high performance environment where flexibility to meet goals is part of how we work. But as we lean into our building culture right now, we know the foundation for better stability is being laid. We've also heard the broader feedback to provide more strategic context as priorities evolve, and we're committed to keeping our people informed and energized through that.
On favoritism, it's not something we want to brush past. If you experienced it, that matters. We'd genuinely welcome the chance to hear more. You're welcome to reach out to our People team at people-help@remote.com directly if you're open to it.
