Pros

Attorneys are nice. Half day Fridays in the summers are nice too.

Cons

Horrible insurance. Horrible management. Absolutely no training. Horrible work environment - mainly due to admin staff constantly gossiping and complaining about coworkers. Management (who doesn’t even work in the same office) picks favorites and if you’re not a favorite, you might as well forget about having an enjoyable or long term career with the company... and the favorites are never the hard workers. Honestly, it’s pretty much bullying. Don’t speak up or ask questions no matter how big or small because you will ultimately get copied in on an email with management getting in trouble or making you feel really stupid and incompetent. Management doesn’t investigate or get all sides of any situation before making decisions. Coworkers are a bunch of lazy tattletales who just delegate delegate delegate all day long. By far the worst job and work environment I’ve ever been in and I can’t wait to get out of this place. It’s truly a very unhealthy place to work. This place will kill you.. if not physically, emotionally.

Pros

Hybrid schedule, very helpful coworkers, excellent managing partners and office managers and firm administrator is absolutely wonderful.

Cons

I am sitting here trying to think of some and I can’t. The only thing I don’t really love is the office being downtown and when special events go on and traffic. As to the job and job duties and over all place- I don’t have cons.

Pros

Free coffee, occasional outing with the whole staff, willing to work around school schedule

Cons

The office manager is in Ohio, and there is a lot of clerks for relatively few partners
