Great office, perks (fuel reimbursement, EPFs, NPS, medical insurance, leave system in place, etc)
Cons
Pathetic working environment. Team leads are not as experienced in the fields they are put in. Extreme office politics, bad payscales, they treat employess like they own them, do not take any accountability for blunders but everyone fights to take credit when something goes as per plan.
