Pros

Some of the people I worked with actuallyy cared about what they were doing. That part was genuine.

Cons

- Every few months everything gets torn apart and rebuilt with a new org chart, new reporting lines, and a new so called strategic direction, yet nothing meaningful ever improves. - You settle into one structure, learn how thing work, and then it all changes again before anything has time to function properly. - It feel like leadership believes shuffling names on a chart is the same as solving real problems. - Clients are left confused about who to even talk to, while employees are stuck repeatedly explaining shifting structures that make no sense even internally. - No one seems to know what the actual goals are anymore. - The constant instability drains people completely and drives away strong employees who could have contributed far more if they were not trapped endless cycles of reorganization.

Pros

Can't think of a single one.

Cons

Literally everything else. From day one, this company is a walking red flag. This place is honestly one of the most toxic environments I've been around. Turnover is high, and it makes sense because people don't stick around once they see how things really run. The VP hovers over everything, and it gets exhausting having someone constantly watching your every move. There's a lot of favoritism too, and if you are not in the right circle, you can feel completely ignored or pushed aside. I was told one thing during the hiring process and then saw none of it actually happen once I got in, which felt like a straight up lie. Trying to raise concerns does not go anywhere since leadership always seems too busy or unwilling to listen. I would not recommend this role to anyone seeking a stable and well-managed work environment.
