1.Management is dumb. Hence will believe anything what senior staff tells. 2. Wastes a lot of money on unnecessary devices and free demos. We get to use those devices.

1. Management has no vision at all. Only theoretical gyan. No practical views. 2. No paying clients. 3. Salaries are delayed 4. Will not take any inputs from any team members. 5.if you disagree with anything they say in team meetings, they will remember it and behaviour changes.
