Pros
They care about your learning, they see you as the student you are rather than expecting you to know everything. At the same time they don't take this as reason to never give you interesting or meaningful work. Yeah, they did start me out doing Unit testing, which isn't all that exciting, but it was a good jumping off point and they have introduced me to other things too. They also have shown me a good deal of the business and team building side of things, which will be invaluable later in my career. Also, the people are just fun and friendly. They are all young at heart even if some are somewhat older. They gave me a flexible schedule, which has been really great. They just want 40 hours of work each week and me to be here during the prime hours of activity, but they are very understanding if things are little wonky with my time in the office. (They also let you work from home on holidays)
