I read all the Glassdoor reviews before accepting a position at Registria - it's now painfully clear that the positive reviews being left are by management and management alone. Employees are not supported, not given the tools they need to do their jobs, and are expected to meet extremely unrealistic deadlines. The several times I did talk to management about the issues myself and my team were experiencing, I was told management was "aware" of the issues, but "what are we going to do? I know xyz doesn't make sense, but we just need to get it done" (sentiment was repeated with all 4 managers I spoke with).
There is a lot I could go on and say, but ultimately I'm not here to bash the company, just provide an honest review to those seeking clarity on Glassdoor for future employment. I've worked in a lot of crazy environments, but Registira takes the cake, hands down, for the worst job I've ever held. As a Registria employee, you will feel unheard, unsupported and well...just downright crazy. If you're looking to grow your career, this isn't the place to do it.
