Pros
My experience with Regional Management Care is great. I am surprise of the comments that people who worked for this company wrote it in this page. The owners of the company are very nice people, very professional, is a family environment. I worked in the office working directly with case managers, I feel frustrated as an employee due to some case Managers are not responding to office phone calls, I saw case managers abandoned their clients without thinking that they are placing client in risk, I never experience such an unprofessional ism. As an owner I can image how frustrated they feel having those type of case managers in their team, of course owner needs to call to a meeting when cases are not handling correctly by case managers and problems needs to be addressed to case managers. I have to chase case managers calling them several times a day because a client is calling the office due to case manager is not responding client's phone call, is very chaotic to work with case managers that they do not care about client's health, case managers that take very lightly every case. If as an employee I feel frustrated with some of the case managers due their unprofessional ism I can't image how the owner feels when they invested their time and money in order to open this business. The owner is a good believer of give opportunities to people that wants to develop in this type of services, owner is very patient but Case Managers take it for granted.
Cons
So far I do not see anything wrong with the Agency and the Administration, I am learning a lot the owner is helping me to understand the business, now I understand the importance of follow federal and state regulations, Case Managers lack in understanding that we are regulated by state, one mistake made by case managers the agency is responsible for, which is not fear to the owners.
