Friendly atmosphere. It's a job. Hard to think of any good points other than it pays the bills. Too many supervisors and middle managers. Ok for school leavers and people living with their parents but older more experienced workers won't enjoy working here.
Cons
Very repetitive work, with pressure to produce numbers over quality. No job satisfaction when you know you could do a better job given more time but better thought of if you produce numbers regardless of quality. Poor pay unless you still live with your parents.
