Pros
- There are some talented people here, but management shackles will not let them shine. - Marketing the company has been amazing. Too bad that sales is unable to convert most of the prospects.
Cons
- Redstage is consistently understaffed, causing high work loads on all staff. - They fail to recruit quality team members (although they do occasionally succeed). Recruiting process is a shambles. - There is push for improvement and growth, but all projects are buckling under pressure. When you're understaffed, your projects will fail sooner or later. - Every project seems to eventually need a client credit, for the problems that arise. I feel so bad for the customers. - Some of the performance review metrics are a joke. No one is able to achieve them.
