Over the past year, we have added new members to our senior leadership team and introduced several initiatives aimed at improving work-life balance and employee satisfaction, including reduced office hours and a more flexible work-from-home policy. We now have a formal process for communication across the business and are hiring a comms and marketing manager, as these changes are part of our ongoing effort to respond to team feedback and support a modern, healthy work environment.
