Pros

Lena is a terrific boss. She is generous and fair and truly cares about her employees well-being. The studio is busy and most shifts are fully booked so the pay is reliable.

Cons

There is a half hour turnover between clients, which some could say is a negative if you’re looking to pack in extra sessions in your shift, which I am not so I like the flexibility it affords me in case I run over or need some extra time to eat/bathroom/check my phone between clients.

Pros

The Founder/Clinical Director really strives to maintain high standards at every level. I also found her to be a genuine person who was consistently fair and cares about her employees. The staff (massage therapists, front desk, and management) and ownership is made up of a lovely and diverse group of people with an array of talents that pertain to their work at Red Moon and extend into their lives outside. I met so many wonderful people during my time there. I also really loved working at a place that I knew was contributing to the well-being of its community and clients.

Cons

Not so much a con, but something to consider when deciding if Red Moon is a good fit for you. As a Front Desk Associate you really have to roll up your sleeves. You will play a key role in maintaining the space, this means keeping the facility clean (loading the dishwasher, taking out garbage, etc.). You should also expect to receive communication (generally by text or email) outside of working hours.
