Pros
The attorneys are wonderful to work with and the cases are all very interesting. The partners at the firm emphasize creating a strong work environment with. I learned a lot here and gained some great mentors.
Cons
Because it’s a smaller firm, sometimes processes like work assignment and other HR processes can be more informal. This isn’t always a bad thing though as you ultimately have some more control over your experience.
