      Pros

      Good place to work if you're in college as they try and accommodate to your college timetable (classes/exams) Work was sociable

      Cons

      The owner of the company didn't really treat members of staff with respect and made staff feel uneasy Management was constantly changing High turnover of staff Long hours with no/short breaks

      Pros

      It is a fun working enviroment. Management are very present and approachable if you ever need anything at all.

      Cons

      No opportunity to move upwards. A lot of managers who all are very opinionated, yet do not always jump in to offer a hand in getting it done.
