Pros
You won't be bored here, there's always plenty to do. Outside of my dealings with my manager, the people in the office had a good comradery which made dealing with other departments easy and even enjoyable.
Cons
Micromanagement, impatience and condescension from the manager made it difficult to get things done. There was a lot of pressure to perform at peak efficiency, to the point that I had to work through lunch to keep up. And without getting into too many details, I was regularly asked to circumvent corporate policies and lie about stuff to them and to the tenants I had to contact. It was also frustrating that I was not fairly compensated, and that my manager did everything he could to avoid paying me overtime, but still get me to work extra hours.
