      Work from home is a plus

      Cons

      The owners only cares for profit. Finance steals from company. Management only out there to recruit workers for their other companies. We had a pay cut and the money was supposed to be used to "reinvest for the company". When people left, that money was never returned.

      Pros

      Great experience working for the company. I was a Data Entry and Researcher working from home in the Philippines and I enjoyed working there at the comfort of my own home.

      I worked with some good individuals in the company.

      Cons

      30% pay cut because the company is "struggling". Removing employees on the fly. Hiring people on useless roles.
