      There isn't any advantages, unless you consider eating a shitty sandwich every day an advantage.

      Cons

      The company didn't care about their employees, the cafe was always in a state and always trying to cut corners to make more money. Probably worse job I ever had.

      Colleagues were good to work with

      Not paid correctly. Doesn't pay your pension even though its taken out of your wages. Owner has been in administration 9 times so far and doesn't pay final wages
