The organization runs an outstanding program so you know you're supporting something that's making a difference for children and communities. Generous PTO and flexible work schedules. Respect for people's personal lives and needs. Smart, dedicated people.
Cons
Weak internal culture that feels very forced or like an after thought. Leadership team doesn't make an effort to get to know the staff and doesn't seem to listen to or act on feedback.
