Pros
I loved working for Rethink and I would definitely recommend anyone to work there. There are really good relationships between Consultants and Resourcers and the company definitely reward you if you are doing well. The company has a fantastic benefit scheme and they try hard to integrate the new consultants, which is great. People at Rethink are really friendly and it is a happy place to work.
Cons
The main issue is the communication. Things would be told to staff from other companies about changes happening within Rethink. Understandably some things wouldn't have been told because of legal reasons, but some offices feel a bit left out than others.
