Pros
Owners = Smart, Caring, and *Reachable*. Courtney and Bryan are always available to chat whenever you have questions. Suggestions don't fall on a deaf ears. They truly care about their employees and manage their teams UP! My direct manager answers his phone with a positive voice no matter what. He loves to hear my successes, there for me when I have questions, and is great at pushing me to excel. Customer service = A+ Employee appreciation = A+ Provides the best service in the industry (CHECK) Training and development = A+ Continuing education = A+ Mentorship = A+ The people that I work with are personable and welcoming. It's a southern hospitality mix with business acumen. Side note: I come from 15 years sales experience. The majority of it was from corporate America. I think listing my base salary is misleading for anyone who lacks the same drive and experience that I have.
Cons
I don't have any cons to add. I've worked with this company for 1.5 years and we are always looking ways to improve plans and processes to make work flow more smoothly. Everyone is heard and it's a real breath of fresh air. I don't job jump and my previous employment out of college was 7 years, then 9-10 years with the next employer.
