Pros
Hours and pay are good. Benefits are mediocre to good depending on what you pick. Time-off is good.
Cons
Upper management in the program for independent stores is terrible. They are out of touch with the stores and are completely disinterested in any input the independent stores may have. The management they have over some of these stores has very little experience and does not provide any kind of leadership for the employees in these stores, nor are they interested in pursuing knowledge that may be helpful to all of their stores. It is impossible to get straight answers about any information that may actually be helpful to improving performance (how many prescriptions are processed daily with how many employees in other stores, for example). Little to no guidance provided.
