Pros
Lot of Benefits - medical, clinic panel (staff and family members), optical, dental, insurance (staff only) - Allowance, parking, phone bill, some per claim bill - lots of snacks, goodies, drinking - sometimes boss belanja Starbucks or zuscoffee - lot of friendly team from different dept - razer laptop till u resign
Cons
- lack of communication - the management especially some HOD will not take ur advice or ur past experiences to enhance something - lot of racism and favoritism - have 2 team in same dept, OG molpay and new rms ( some OG molpay cant moveon ) - multi-million (billion) company but pay cheap, low salary, very below market value salary - req to stay back till job done but not to pay OT - some dept take advantage and request to do a lot of tasks and multitasking even not ur scope - lack of training, ( only 1 week training and within 1-2 hours for each task, with reason new joiner can do during ON-JOB TRAINING ) - need to catch lot of thing - lot of enhancement but not proper, lot of system but always having issue - bypass SOP ( IF THE SOP SAY NO, MEANING NO, BUT ignore some dept advice not to do that
