Pros
Customers are very nice and always tip the minimum 15% no matter what. While working there, your teammates will feel like your family. Pay is nice, however it slows down around winter and especially after Christmas.
Cons
Management. In all facets. With the exception of the Director of Operations. I was fired unjustly thanks to blatant lies and miscommunication on the managers part. You could walk in there and ask any employee who knows me if I was a hard worker. I was talked to and treated with disrespect frequently, and I lost motivation to even be a part of the team because of the way management talked to me. It was very upsetting, I loved my job. All I am going to say is, if you want to work here, be prepared for inconsistent micromanagement and occasional disrespect with a side of passive-aggressive sarcasm.
