Pros
The products created at Raydon serve an important purpose in training the American warfighter. That can be very rewarding, at least for a little while.
Cons
The executives are not very up front about the actual health of the company. In one breath, they will tell employees that the company is doing fine, and in the next, they are laying off 30 employees because there isn't enough work to go around. The same goes with merit increases. If you're getting one, they'll make a big to-do about it. If the merit increases aren't coming, you won't hear a word about it. It gets really discouraging when medical insurance costs rise every year but your pay doesn't.
