Pros
Great team of Techs that feel like family. I made life-long friends working here. There were tons of repeat customers that were always fun to talk to. I enjoyed helping them and feeling like we were part of a community. Everyone who works here actually does their job, is knowledgeable, and isn't lazy. You don't get that at most places.
Cons
Management severely under pays their employees, cannot give out full time status to most employees, and does not train well. They do not like to cross-train, so every tech ends up specializing on one area. If someone is out, it is very difficult to cover their workload because no one has the right training. I started this job at $8 and moved up to $11 after 2 years. Many other employees had to threaten to quit to get up to 12-15/hr. I left and moved to a job making $20/hr. I feel there was a lot of disconnect between mgmt and what the techs day to day workload was. They didn't use people to the best of their talents.
