      No stress, good work, management are helpful, good role to get jobs in the market, timings are comfortable and flexible

      Cons

      Hr polices should be improved, not all Saturdays are off( alternate Saturdays off)

      best reason to join Value metrics we can start from scratch if you want to enetr investment banking career

      Cons

      It keeps the staff on 3 year contract. There is lot of staff turnover. show the employee on as a consultant. ,but the work is extracted as per a employee .

      You get a lot of free time to prepare yourself for interviews or exams like CFA, FRM. Other than that I dont see any Pros

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, Not good pay, Even if you are 15 min late you are asked about the reason of being late
