Pros
I’ve been at RateGain for just over a month, and I’m really liking it so far. Joining a new company can feel like a lot, but the on boarding was super smooth—HR set me up with solid resources, and my team took time to walk me through our travel tech products. I’m already working on some cool AI-driven features for hospitality clients, and RateGain Academy has been helpful for getting up to speed, though there’s room to make it even better.
The support here is amazing. Two weeks into my role, I had a family emergency, and my manager and HR were so kind—checking in, giving me the flexibility I needed, and making sure work didn’t add to my stress. That meant a lot. The product team is tight-knit, and even with our hybrid setup, we stay connected through regular calls and fun virtual events (the trivia night was a highlight!).
I feel like my ideas are heard, even as a newbie. My manager’s easy to talk to, and I’ve had chances to chat with senior folks, which keeps me pumped. Working with global teams out of Noida keeps things fresh and dynamic.
Cons
The pace can be intense with product deadlines, but I’m good with that.
