This is a family owned company so the culture and atmosphere is great for the most part. Being a small company they are able to provide more personal relationships which make you feel apart of a whole.
Cons
Most managers wear multiple hats and for this reason things can be stressful at times. It is not always easy to get something accomplished within specific period of time
