- low pay with high expectations -college has not updated its facilities in forever, it's embarrassing to try to sell to students - they are not willing to put their money where their mouth is for marketing efforts - decent student body, but a little awkward - a lot of employee turn over on the staff side because of low pay/high expectations - still set in their old ways and so is a lot of the left over staff from RMWC.
