Benefits and HR department use to be excellent but quality of both decreased. Engineers tend to be kept separated from customers. Management and marketing tend to interface with customers and act as a filter between engineers and customers. Several strategy and marketing plans made in past were questionable and didn't work out. Managers that made those decisions still there.
