Upper management does not invest in employees. You will feel invested in the club and they will see you as expendable. After seven years with the company I asked for a raise and they offered me fifty cents over the minimum wage. I was also once written up for something that happened on a day that I was scheduled for but had gotten a sub for (it was my birthday, I was 100% not present). That went on my personal record.
