Pros

Good money, good people, good managers

Cons

Horrible incentive to work 12-16 hours a day, and only get .77 hours a week for “PTO”. Which equals out to just 40 hours a year. Get rid of it, go to vacation time based on years of service. Medical insurance is terrible. No employee out in the field should ever have to pay 4000 dollars out of pocket for a deductible. You want to keep up with the class 1’s and attract them, you need to pay the medical. Increase base hourly, we all know how much you charge…. You can afford it… Not following labor laws, especially in California and New York…. DEI…. Quit shoving it down every single employees throat. It doesn’t work.. I’m a minority, and I certainly don’t approve of it. If you’re qualified, then you’re qualified.

100% travel, hotel life gets lonely and boring. Senior Managers are quick to fire. No growth opportunity in this field.
