Pros

People - Intelligent & fun people to work with for the most part. Perks - Good benefits, free lunch Fridays, unlimited vacation

Cons

The product has not grown within the industry and I continuously felt behind compared to the competition. The pay is fine for an entry level job just out of college, but as your skills grow, don't expect your salary to increase. You're told it's comparable or better to other companies, but after researching typical salaries in my position, I found that not to be true. No matter the level of your position, amount of time at the company or work ethic, there is little decision making abilities for departments. All decisions, small or large, must pass through upper management which created a lack of trust and confidence in employees overall. The CEO makes rash decisions with the product and the people which leads to unexpected consequences that you can't prepare for.

Pros

I learned a lot while interning at Radius Online. The pay wasn't great but the experience I gained was worth my time there.

Cons

Pay is low when you get hired on. But it's a great place to gain experience before moving on to something else.

Pros

Most of the employees are very friendly, there are catered lunches every Friday, it is dog-friendly.

Cons

Upper-management loves to make it seem like creativity is welcomed and encouraged, when in fact you most likely will be shot down with every idea that you come up with, simply because it was not their idea. They tell you that they want you to take charge on a project, but then they micro-manage and tell you that you don’t know what you’re talking about. When this happens multiple times, it’s hard to keep coming up with new ideas because you’ll most likely be shot down. This does not encourage growth for the employees or the company as a whole, so I'm not sure why they do it. To add to that, they are very scatter-brained and will come up with a million ideas and expect you to do what they want, even though they don’t even know what they want. Also, for all of the things that you do correctly, even if you go above and beyond, don’t expect to get any credit for those. Lastly, all of the employees are greatly underpaid for their work and could probably find another job doing the same thing in Atlanta for at least 20k more.
