Pros

I have worked my entire career in retail. I can honestly say that RAD is the most rewarding and fulfilling work experience that I have had. When I applied I was not sure what to expect but at the end of the interview process I knew that I wanted to be a part of the team. This is the first time where my role has had a positive impact on my community – working to expand energy efficient transportation. I never realized how important this would be to my satisfaction at work. The biggest selling point is the company culture. Brands often speak about values but in my experience they rarely live them. RAD takes its mission seriously and every person that I have interacted with has a fun, can-do attitude. It is a great to work at a company where everyone is working toward the same goal. Tl;dr Working here means doing good for the planet while operating in a fun and collaborative environment

Cons

To be happy here you must be flexible and prepared to adapt to new circumstances on a regular basis. This is not a static environment where you settle into a routine. RAD is a relatively new company in the retail space and as such policies, protocols and SOP’s are being updated, refined constantly.
